As he works to spread lies in order to undermine the election outcome, the list of chaotic media appearances by Rudy Giuliani continues to grow.
There was, of course, the famous Philadelphia press conference at the Four Seasons Total Landscaping, which is, as the name suggests, a landscaping company, not a luxury hotel.
Then there was the event in Washington, DC, where he apparently melted in front of the cameras as hair dye trickled down his face.
And on Wednesday night, there was a chaotic, conspiracy-filled hearing in Lansing, Michigan, in which not one but two fart sounds could be heard as Giuliani spoke about four hours after the long event.
Responding to a question from Michigan State Representative Darrin Camilleri about the New York Times story that Giuliani is pressuring President Donald Trump for a preventive pardon, the lawyer vehemently objected to what he called a defamatory matter.
“I’m going to ask that he be disciplined for this,” Giuliani said as a microphone picked up a faint bell sound.
About 90 seconds later, as Camilleri urged Giuliani to respond to Attorney General Bill Barr, stating that federal prosecutors had found no evidence of voter fraud that could nullify the victory of President-elect Joe Biden, another more audible whoosh could be heard.
“The answer I gave you was that they didn’t bother to question a single witness,” Giuliani said, as what looked like a literal hot air blast erupted during his last two. metaphorical hot air words.
The moment went viral when it was cut and shared by HuffPost reporter Ryan Reilly on Twitter on Wednesday night. It has since been viewed over 1.6 million times.

Many people noticed that Jenna Ellis, another lawyer helping Giuliani spread lies about Biden’s victory, appeared to be looking directly at him with a sideways gaze at the second fart sound.

Giuliani did not respond to a message from BuzzFeed News, so we cannot tell you if he refuses the supply.
As for the audience itself, it was a circus of so-called witnesses making fiercely conspiratorial statements, some of whom were scandalously racist.
Giuliani did not take an oath at the hearing and therefore had no legal obligation to tell the truth.
At the end of last month, Michigan officially certified Biden as the winner of their electoral college votes, having beaten Trump by about 150,000 votes there.
Giuliani’s efforts on Wednesday were aimed at convincing state lawmakers to essentially ignore the voters’ decision, but even Republicans at the hearing appeared in disbelief at the lack of evidence presented.
Last month, the Trump campaign dropped a lawsuit to challenge Michigan’s results.
