According to the federal sentencing guidelines in 2019, Huffman could face four to ten months, said a defense attorney at The Times. Since her recommended sentence is at the bottom of the range, she could end up serving her sentence at home by wearing an ankle monitor.
She will probably also have one year of probation, her daughter's test score will be adjusted and she will have to give up the $ 15,000 and pay a $ 20,000 fine, USA Today reported.
