Fighters react to post-press chaos between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley’s teams

The feud between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley got even more personal after their press conference on Thursday, and the MMA community is firmly behind the former UFC welterweight champion.

Although the trash talks flew freely just days before their August 29 meeting, Paul and Woodley kept their heads for the most part until they had to look down on each other. Shortly after, an altercation broke out in the crowd, apparently over someone from Paul’s team arguing with Woodley’s mother, Deborah (affectionately known as “Mama Woodley”) .

The tension escalated from there, and members of Paul and Woodley’s entourage threatened to sustain physical injuries until the crowd dispersed.

Video of the incident quickly circulated and the MMA community was quick to respond, including famous passionate mom Michael Chiesa, Bellator champion Cris Cyborg and Din Thomas, a close friend of Woodley’s.
