Filmed man gets massaged at Florida spa

A Florida man claims that his constitutional rights were violated when his massage at a day spa was secretly recorded during a human trafficking investigation.

In the lawsuit recently filed by a man identified as "John Doe", the police officer said the police "spied on him" while he was "undressing" during a massage at Jupiter's & # 39; Orchids of Asia Day Spa.

The man is not one of those accused of soliciting prostitution in the context of the case. The owner of the New England Patriots, Robert Kraft, pleaded not guilty to two counts of solicitation.

The lawsuit indicates that the man "did not engage in any sexual or illegal activity". The lawsuit seeks an unspecified amount of damages and appoints the Jupiter Police and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
