Jaime Buenaventura allegedly denied the Lexan Salvador Traffic Manager when he was on his ticket. I find myself in the video that he was angry and said, "Come on!"
Lexan went to the program to get help to ensure his safety because he feared that Jaime would continue to threaten her. A partner offered to file a complaint but declined and called Jaime to understand him because he was only doing his job.
