Fire Emblem: Director of Three Homes Declares Completion of Home Will Take 80 Hours

During Japan Expo 2019, the French site JeuxVideo interviewed Toshiyuki Kasukihara, director of Three Houses, and game producer Genki Yokota, about the forthcoming entry of the upcoming Nintendo Switch series on July 26th. Kasukihara revealed that playing in only one of the three houses takes 80 hours.

"To finish the game with only one of the three houses, it took me 80 hours. I did not cut the vocals or cinematics, of course. Kasukihara said, "So if you want to do the three paths, it can take you more than 200 hours. "

Video Games said that the three different houses would lead to three different purposes, so if you want to see each of them, you are considering an investment in time of more than 200 hours. Running time is important, but not so surprising since most games in the series are quite long. If different homes lead to "different scenarios" or purposes, it is certainly a good motivation to do several parties.

Three Houses takes place on the mainland of Fodlan, where you play as a teacher who has to choose to take over one of the three houses of the Officers Academy. Each house is specialized in different weapons and will undoubtedly present its own challenges: the house of the Golden deer uses bows, while the house of the Black Eagles uses magic and axes, and the house of the Blue Lions is gifted for spears. Each house also has a different house chef that you can get to know, as well as individual students for each. You will lead the students into classic turn-based battles and help them perfect their combat styles. Nothing like living your own Fire Emblem and the Hogwarts fantasy, and judging by its sounds, it will occupy you for a long time.

If that was not enough for you, Fire Emblem: Three Houses gets its own expansion card, as well.
