The clever idea for the socially distant concert arose from the famous Flaming Lips singer, the famous Flaming Lips singer, whom Wayne Coyne has used for years to walk through the crowds at the group’s party concerts.

The “Space Bubble” concerts were originally scheduled for early December, but had to be postponed due to the increased number of coronavirus cases in the Oklahoma metro area.
