Florida Georgia Line singer Tyler Hubbard has tested positive for the coronavirus.
The musician confirmed his diagnosis on Monday with a social media post. “I have the video. Asymptomatic. Quarantined on the bus. I miss my family. Write songs. Thank you, ”he wrote.
The 33-year-old tour bus is parked outside his family’s home to keep him separate from his children and his wife, Hayley.
The couple have just welcomed their third child, a little boy named Atlas Roy, in September 2020. He joins his big brother Luca, 13 months old, and his big sister Olivia, 2 and a half years old.

“We’re having tougher days,” Hubbard told People magazine of being in quarantine with three small children. “They definitely keep us busy and are non-stop entertainment for us. Sometimes we would like to spend a little time alone, but most of the time we have a lot of fun. It’s an experience we never would have had – to be. at home with the family for so long – so we really try to make the most of it.

The Florida Georgia Line was scheduled to perform at the 54th CMA Awards on Wednesday night, but will have to withdraw from the ceremony.
Like Hubbard, country singer Lee Brice has also tested positive for COVID-19 and will not be able to perform at CMAs with Carly Pearce.

A representative for Brice told The Associated Press on Sunday that he was “in a good mood and showed no symptoms.”
A spokesperson for the AMC said Brice was tested and received his result before arriving on site for one of the show’s rehearsals or activities. Although the show did not have a normal fan following due to the pandemic, CMA CEO Sarah Trahern had promised to bring the country stars together in one room for the awards show, while still staying physically distant.

The awards show is scheduled to air on ABC from Nashville, Tennessee.
