The mother of the child, Shadow Lantry, recorded the rescue operation and posted it on Facebook. The video garnered over 4,000 views and shows inmates in prison attire using a hanger for the lock's jimmy of the Chevy Tahoe.
Lantry told CNN affiliate WFTS-TV that the incident had begun when the child's father had tied the girl in a car seat at the back of the car. sports utility vehicle and had thrown the keys on the front seat. When he closed the back door, he realized that the Tahoe was locked.

Pasco County Sheriff, Chris Nocco, told the WFTS that it was a unique situation, allowing an inmate to use his skills to get into a car for the good reasons.
