MPs approached him and found him with a brown paper bag that contained an iPhone 7, four packs of cigarettes, a lighter, a Visa debit card, a driver's license and $ 547.
Lewis was arrested and charged with burglary, robbery and possession of stolen property, according to the Saint Lucia County Sheriff's Office.
He was released later, again, but this time, the deputy ministers ensured that someone came looking for him. Lewis was originally brought to jail on a grand theft charge.
