PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (AP) – A Florida man was arrested again a few minutes after being released for robbing cars in the prison parking lot.

The Saint Lucia County Sheriff's Office said that 37-year-old Michael Casey Lewis had left the jail on Thursday, not to fall for it. Deputy ministers burglar several cars outside the prison.

Lewis had been hired inside the prison for burglary and then released a second time that day.

Treasure Coast Newspapers reports that Lewis was taken to jail for robbery.

The online court record did not show any lawyers for Lewis.
