"She arrived in a 2010 white Cadillac owned by someone else. After refusing to answer a question, the defendant used a front-end loader and threw a bucket filled with dirt on the roof of the driver's side half of the car, "said the sheriff's office.

The girlfriend was not injured but the driver's side window was open. This has caused fouling of the vents, the center console and power windows, the office said.
