CLEVELAND, Ohio – It only lasts a few seconds, but the crowd at Progressive Field was treated to a traditional flyby in formation before Tuesday's All-Star game.
The aircraft come from the 112th Fighter Squadron of the Air National Guard Base of Ohio in Toledo.
They are brief and strong and attract acclaim just after the national anthem. The four planes headed south-east through the stadium, as they had done Monday night before the Home Run Derby, and under the giant flag held by season ticket holders.
The F-16 Air Force flew over Progressive Field after the national anthem during the home opening match in April.
