Friday's football ratings, released this week, provide an update on the injuries suffered by the Steelers and Seahawks. We also have updates on Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown. In addition, "the other Devin" is destroyed.

This is the question everyone wants an answer to.

Will Antonio Brown play for the New England Patriots in South Florida?

On the basis of recent rape charges against him, this question seems to be very questionable.

One would think that if the team intended to marginalize it, it was already the case. However, the league can still make a decision.

According to Jason LaCanfora of CBS Sports, this call may not arrive until Friday afternoon, if there is an official statement.

The NFL network reports that the Patriots are leaning towards the idea that Brown will play.

In the meantime, ESPN.com reports that neither the Patriots nor the Oakland Raiders were aware that these charges were pending against Brown.

Fortunately for New England, they are about to play one of the worst teams in the NFL ever together.

So, if Brown is scratching late, the Patriots should be able to adapt and live without him.

In other words, if Brown does not play, New England will beat Miami by 49 points instead of 56.

Uh oh, OBJ

Gregg Williams – he of the renowned Bountygate – was Cleveland's defensive coordinator. Now he has this job in New York with the Jets.

His reputation for being aggressive and encouraging dangerous hits followed him wherever he went. This includes encouraging take-away shots from opposing players.

Both teams face Sunday. And Brown's receiver, Odell Beckham Jr., did not hold his thoughts on Williams' tactics.

Beckham was referring to a pre-season game in 2017 when the Williams Browns faced off against his Giants. Beckham says the Browns have been ordered to take it. Beckham left the match with a sprained ankle.

Maybe OBJ can buy Williams with his sweet watch.

Life for Le'V

The New York Jets have already lost quarterback Sam Darnold for their game against the Browns. But it seems they may have been lucky with Le'Veon Bell.

The former Steelers running back had an MRI on the shoulder this week and the results show no structural damage.

We will see then if Bell can bear the pain enough to play against Cleveland. He seems optimistic.

Meanwhile, Trevor Siemian will probably play a quarter while Sam Darnold is recovering from a mononucleosis.

Situation of the Seahawks

In Pittsburgh, we are all sweating the health of various Steelers.

Maurkice Pouncey and Joe Haden do not practice yet. But defense coordinator Keith Butler says Haden tells him he's going to play. The fate of Pouncey for Sunday is more uncertain.

Everyone – apart from Roosevelt Nix – has resumed full participation. But the likes of T.J. Watt, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Sean Davis could still be beaten. But they practiced.

As for the Seahawks, here is their story.

Quinton Jefferson is a Woodland Hills product. So, you know that it will do everything it takes to be ready for the match at Heinz Field.

The other diviner

Devin Bush of the Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers Devin White were among the top 10 draft picks for linebackers this spring.

They had similar debuts last week. The whites had six tackles in a 31-17 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Bush had seven in a 33-3 loss to the New England Patriots.

Hope this is where the similarities end.

White is injured early in Thursday night's game against Carolina. It has been reported as a knee injury.

The product LSU tried a corset. But the weather was slow to happen soon after his injury and he did not return. He had two tackles before leaving in the first quarter.

The Bucanneers won 20-14.
