NEW YORK CITY – Fox News has learned that the former head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct related to his arrest last August for alleged sexual misconduct.
Dr. Thomas Frieden, also a former health commissioner for New York City, appeared before the Brooklyn Criminal Court on Tuesday.
According to the terms of his plea, Frieden's file will be sealed and returned within a year if it is not stopped during this period.

Frieden served as director of the CDC from 2009 to 2017.
Frieden was arrested in August. A woman whom he knew had accused Frieden of getting his buttocks on October 20, 2017 in his Brooklyn home.

He did not admit his guilt in the fumbling allegation.
He and his lawyer refused to comment.
