The mother of the alleged victim alerted authorities on February 19, 2020 that her daughter had received the alleged explicit material from Massey and the actor knew the daughter was underage.
The mother insisted Massey had known the girl since she was four.
Massey has previously denied the allegations and went so far as to say he was the target of extortion.
