Former Mayor Daley Retires from Coca-Cola's Board of Directors

Former Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley retires from the Coca-Cola Board of Directors.

The Atlanta-based company announced today that Daley would not be standing again at its annual meeting in April.

Daley, 76, has been a director of Coca-Cola since 2011. He is Executive Chairman of Tur Partners Investment and Advisory Firm and is a member of Chicago-based law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman.

Daley was Mayor of Chicago from 1989 to 2011. His brother, Bill, is running for mayoral election next week.
