Former President Jimmy Carter recovers from a broken hip after the fall

Jimmy Carter is recovering from an operation following the fall of the 94-year-old player and a broken hip on Monday morning. The former president was at his home in Plains, Georgia, and "comfortably recovering" in a nearby hospital in Americus, Georgia, with his 72-year-old wife, the old first lady Rosalynn Carter.
