LOS ANGELES – A former commercial director of Stan Lee has been charged with five counts of elder abuse, involving the late Marvel Comics mogul.

Los Angeles County Attorneys filed charges on Friday against Keya Morgan, 43, with allegations of theft, embezzlement, falsification or fraud against an elderly adult. and the illegal imprisonment of an old adult.

A warrant has been issued against Morgan.

According to lawyer Alex Kessel, Morgan is not guilty, has never abused Lee nor profited from it, and will be exonerated.
