Fortbytes Fortbytes are something new for the game, introducing a series of collectibles to be found throughout the season, rather than as part of a specific weekly challenge.

These Fortbytes locationswhen all are found, are teased to help decipher a secret that will become apparent at the end of the season. The good news is that you can start now. The end of the season is not so in a hurry.

What is Fortby Fortbyte?

The Fortbytes are 100 computer chips that will appear on the map for the holders of the Battle Pass.

At the beginning of the season, 18 are needed, each requiring a different unlocking method.

Some require that you earn some XP, others for completing a given position in a match multiple times, while others require you to visit map areas with specific appearances, such as Sentinel frozen island location.
