Rox Spray is part of the Fortnite Season 9 Battle Pass and is unlocked at Level 6 of the Battle Pass.

The underpass is at Neo Tilted, the newly reconstructed sloped towers that were introduced at the beginning of season 9. The underpass is close to where the pawnshop was before the destruction of Tilted Towers the last season. You will find a truck near the underpass.
