Fortnite Season 3 Week 10 Challenge Guide

Fortnite Season 4 is slated for release around a week by August 27. We haven’t gotten into the teaser portion of the season yet, but it should start this weekend – provided Season 3 isn’t extended.

Fans are understandably curious about what Season 4 will bring us. What will the map look like? What will the theme be? Well, Fortnite data miner Hypex claims to have a source that answered that last question. According to the source, Season 4 “could be” a Marvel Comics theme.

On August 19, Hypex tweeted that the Season 4 trailer will begin with a vulnerable girl in an alleyway before “Armed Skins” come to save her. The Battle Pass will also feature a Thor skin – as previously discussed.

As you can see in the tweets, Hypex covers a lot. He trusts his source, as he claims, but isn’t confident enough to definitely talk about the new season. This is very different from how Tabor Hill handled the exact leaks in Season 3 – although it may have more to do with the reporter than the news or the source.

If you think about it, though, a Season 4 Marvel theme would make a lot of sense. Chapter 1 Season 4 was a superhero theme, and it was also the season The Visitor first appeared. Can we see something similar in Chapter 2?

Additionally, Hypex tweeted about a potential Wolverine skin as a “secret” Season 4 skin. Those two, plus one or two more, might be enough for a full theme with only Fortnite filler skins.

Many fans are fed up with Fortnite superhero crossovers. The main gripe is that it’s starting to affect the story. If you think about it, though, Season 4 Chapter 1 would have been exactly the same had Epic been able to use licensed superheroes. It could be the new and improved version of that.

We’re on board for this Marvel crossover and don’t think it will affect the overall Fortnite plot. In fact, it might enrich the story in one way or another. If the world is truly a simulation, anything is possible.
