The Fortnite v9.01 patch update will be available soon on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and mobile. Here are the release notes.
Epic Games publishes major updates every two weeks and between these updates, smaller updates, usually content updates.
The v9.01 update is not just a content update because it brings bug fixes to a new item.
Epic updated the news feed yesterday to announce that a new weapon would come into play, the tactical assault rifle. The tactical assault rifle was originally leaked by investigators in the 9.00 update and statistics were also filtered.
