Nick "Nick Eh 30" Amyoony, one of YouTube's largest live music broadcasters, today revealed that it will begin broadcasting full-time on Twitch next month.

Nick Eh 30 formalized the announcement with a video featuring cheese montage sequences and appearances from his parents. He will be migrating from YouTube to Twitch on September 1st.

With over 4.6 million YouTube subscribers and an average of tens of thousands of simultaneous viewers on its site. Fortnite Nick's abandonment of YouTube and its gaming community is a huge loss for the platform.

Nick maintains all of his family friendly feeds by refusing to let himself or his guests swear, which means that he was the ideal personality for YouTube's strict monetization policy that requires "advertiser-friendly content" .

Similar to the exclusive war between Steam and Epic Games Store, streaming platforms have recently started to compete for deals with the biggest names in the industry. In particular, Tyler "Ninja" Blevins has signed an exclusive deal with Mixer, the Microsoft platform that seeks to compete with Twitch, earlier this month.

Twitch's acquisition of Nick could eventually be an attempt to regain some of the audience lost by the recent Ninja movement.
