The Houston Rockets have hinted they are comfortable being uncomfortable when James Harden wants out of this franchise. After a discouraged 3-6 start that included accusations of Harden resigning from the squad and John Wall saying everyone needed to join in, it looks like that discomfort has finally reached a breaking point. In a four-team trade, sources say Athletic’s Shams Charania, Harden is traded to the Brooklyn Nets. The Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers are involved in this successful move that sends seven players and 10 different draft picks or draft options to new landing spots.
The Cavs bring in Jarrett Allen and Taurean Prince. The Pacers acquire Caris LeVert and a second-round pick. And the Rockets will bring in Victor Oladipo, Dante Exum, Rodions Kurucs and controlling eight draft picks through to 2027. How does it all break down and shake?
Let’s get the red ink out and write down this sucker!
