the game is still developing

Without any sign of life of Dead Island 2 since May 2017, we have finally heard about the game of Sumo Digital. Indeed, Deep Silver last night tweeted a message saying that the title was still under construction, and that new details would come later. Dead Island 2 is one of the great vaporwares of the moment (these games announced, but whose design goes on forever) with a more than chaotic development. Presented at E3 2014, the game was initially developed by Yager (Spec Ops The Line) for a planned release in 2015. Unfortunately, divergences of point of view between the publisher and the German studio led to the end of the collaboration, which landed the project in the hands of Sumo Digital (Team Sonic Racing). Since no more info filters, even if each year, Deep Silver splits a small message to affirm that the project is not dead.
