There were thousands this Saturday sitting or standing on the shores of Lake Kir of Dijon. Some arrived 6 hours before the start of the fireworks. Dance and music to wait for the fireworks
If the fireworks were planned for 22h, the first arrivals were able to wait by picnicking, swimming, but also by attending other shows. For the first time, musical wanderings took place on the basketball and volleyball courts.
The show began with the badociation Pouloucoutac which played samba and percussion . Then, the HDMI Team made a representation of break dance . After the hip hop, it was the turn of the Mahoran dances: the members of the badociation Yasmine made discover to the public the songs coming from the island of Mayotte . Finally, the children, but also the biggest, could move on the rhythm of the capoeira with the cultural badociation Capoeira Senzala.
A hundred spectators thus attended all these representations, with big smiles. Some tourists discovered amused animations . This is the case of Norbert and Jacqueline from the Nièvre this Saturday. This is the first time that they celebrated the national holiday on Dijon, then being able to have a multitude of activities on the spot, that conquered them: " it makes us a very beautiful day in the end ",
It's not just tourists who have loved the entertainment. Ben, a Dijonnais, was surprised to hear Mahoran songs and see break dance near Lake Kir. " It makes discover other universes, it is joyous " ensures Ben.

An audience mostly conquered
The pyrotechnic show lasted about twenty minutes this Saturday. Pauline, 18, is a regular fireworks, she is even proud. The teenage girl from Dijon loved the show this Saturday. She even preferred it last year: "_ there were many more colors, there were many more sensations _ the fires were stronger, bigger "note Pauline.

Pauline was far from being the only one conquered this Saturday night. Cries of surprise and joy were heard at the same time as the crackling of the fires. Fireworks in the shape of heart and stars illuminated the sky. Many have seen a reference to the World Cup the final being played Sunday between France and Croatia.
After the final bunch, the applause echoed around the lake. Marguerite may be Dijonnaise, it is the first time she attended the national holiday in his city. She loved to see the fireworks reflected on the lake: " is the fairy, magical ".
