Sold out! Four years after its sale at the price of 1 euro symbolic, the tower 27 of the Croix-Blanche district in Vigneux-sur-Seine has found its project and especially its buyer. This Thursday, the sale was signed between Immobilière 3 F (I3F), the social landlord owner of the 120 homes, and the Compagnie de Phalsbourg. A company that has the wind in its sails and which has won nine projects in the context of urban and architectural competitions launched by the city of Paris and the Greater Paris Metropolis.

The asbestos removal of this tower empty, since one year and which was one of the most big neighborhood deal points, will be provided by the promoter. Nothing, however, destined this bar to be transformed in this way, at a time when the trend of urban renewal pushes to build small buildings.
"We are convinced that at the scale of Greater Paris, it is necessary to show daring, one explains to the Company of Phalsbourg. This tower is a symbol. You see it from the plane when you land at Orly. We wanted to demonstrate that it is possible to preserve the memory of large ensembles while improving the habitat. This is a quality building. A vertical natural garden
The moult of the 27th tower will propose 116 homes for homeownership, rehabilitated, shared spaces for its occupants including a launderette, a local DIY, a shared room (for people from pbadage), a common room, terraces and gardens, 200 m² of business premises on the ground floor. The last floors, from the 19th to the 23rd, will be neutralized to install a natural vertical garden.

<p> This is the last of the seven towers of the White Cross, "witness of a past where verticality was in the spotlight" according to I3F, who will continue to look down on the city in a White Cross neighborhood that came out of the ground in the early 1960s. As part of the Urban Renewal Project (PRU), six of these seven towers were demolished and 720 relocated families in lower buildings. </p>
