Firefighters were called for a major fire this Sunday morning in the store Lidl Frontignan Street Georges Sand, close to the Avenue du Maréchal Juin, where we can see a thick smoke that emerges. The establishment was completely evacuated and no victim is to be deplored. The fire would have taken in compacted cartons, approximately 20 m3, stored outside the store.
35 firefighters were sent on site from the barracks of Frontignan, Sète and Balaruc. As well as several industrial firefighting vehicles including the large-capacity foam van of Sète. The operation which takes place in a suburban district, should be of long duration.
