Tron trial: Olivier brothers, political opponents of the mayor of Draveil, ensure not to be "plotters"

Philippe and Jacques Olivier. These names may not tell you anything and yet they are those of two figures of the former National Front. Jacques Olivier was for a long time in charge of the communication of the party. As for Philippe Olivier, he is the brother-in-law of Marine Le Pen, but also his right arm since the departure of Florian Philippot.

If they are called to the bar today, it is because these two men, who live in Draveil (Essonne), have, for years, led the sling against the mayor of the city Georges Tron, including around a real estate dispute.

The two plaintiffs, Virginie Ettel and Eva Loubrieu have had several dealings with them. The two brothers would have collected their confidences, even advising them sometimes, even influencing them. This is in any case the theory of Georges Tron who, since the beginning of the case, cries out a political plot.

Real estate project

Installed since 1995 in Draveil, Jacques Olivier was a former executive of the former National Front and maintained a cordial relationship with Georges Tron, until a disagreement on a real estate project.

In 2009, their relationship deteriorated because of a real estate dispute. G. #Tron wants to make 700 social housing in place of a hospital in the forest. Jacques Olivier considered this project as "not possible". The hospital is on a beautiful site and making people live.

"Sex slave"

Two years later, in 2011, Eva Loubrieu, one of the plaintiffs, goes to see Jacques Olivier, even though he does not consider her as a friend. She explains that she had problems at the town hall: "I think I remember she told me she was a bad slave. I took this as a superficial statementA week before Eva Loubrieu files a complaint against Georges Tron, he is invited to the young woman's birthday and she announces her next complaint.

He met Virginie Ettel, the second complainant, in May 2011, at a party. That day, she confided to him was raped. "She had rabies", remembers the witness.

In January 2012, Virginie Ettel sends an email from the home of Jacques Olivier. "It's the only thing that connects me to this famous conspiracy. I just said yes you can use this computer. It is weak enough to support this thesis. " #tron @ France3Paris

"He was an extremely powerful man!"

Philippe Olivier's brother, Jacques, was called to the helm. He badures him that at the time he had no connection with the National Front-he is now the right hand man of Marine Le Pen and his brother-in-law. He, too, as a "resident of the neighborhood", was against the real estate project. "I am against housing because we will move the school and make roads", he explains, joining the same argument as his brother, but"we know that the project [va] falls[r] so we do not have resentment [vis-à-vis de Georges Tron]".

Philippe Olivier makes an inventory of several cases concerning Georges #Tron, including a contract helped for his sister-in-town at Draveil. Social housing he would have occupied in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. "He can afford everything, impunity and allow."

"An extremely powerful man"

Philippe Olivier continues: "The police had become a real militia in the pay of Georges Tron. He was able to behead any police officer. He was an extremely powerful man!""And then it was this castle where there was his office. Municipal employees tell us that one of the offices looked like a bedroom"continues the man.

Philippe Olivier: "This situation as a lawyer I find detestable. If we take someone's shoe off and start mbadaging without consent, there is aggression. And he could not have consent because there was a relationship of subordination. " #tron

Philippe Olivier then asked for the resignation of Georges Tron : "I did not have to shut up but that does not make me a plotter".

Me Dupont-Moretti accuses Philippe Olivier of spreading false rumors. "And now you tell us that G. #tron touched your wife. "An unseemly act," says the witness. The debates are complicated because lawyers are constantly questioning each other.

The hearing continues with the hearing of two other witnesses. Wednesday morning, the trial will resume with the testimony of Eva Loubrieu, one of the two plaintiffs. She and Virginie Ettel, aged 44 and 41, accuse Georges Tron of having touched them and digital penetrations between 2007 and 2010, with or without his former badistant to the culture, Brigitte Gruel, 61 years old.
