Today, almost everyone has already heard of Raspberry and its nano PC Pi. It is about a few centimeters of PCs presenting itself as an electronic card on which various elements can be added. The Rapsberry Pi has evolved over time to be more powerful, and it incorporates a lot of hacker projects, especially because of its small size.

What had not really changed for several years, it was Raspbian, the official OS offered by Raspberry and based on Linux that allowed everyone to have an immediate application environment. Unfortunately, Raspberry has admitted that it is not always easy to take control of the OS which works with large orders to learn and therefore know and the OS is thus much more complex than a Windows distribution or Mac.

To make its platform more accessible, Raspberry has made efforts and the proposed new distribution now includes a configuration wizard, but also a notice that helps the user to choose the software to install in addition to the 'OS.

The wizard will be launched from the first boot and will configure the nano PC without having to issue commands. It will be a question of selecting the language of the OS, to define a pbadword, to configure the WiFi … Raspbian will also propose an application market with a list of recommended and installable software in a few clicks.

Others new features are on the menu, including a set of patches, but also the integration of the browser Chromium 65, the management of the sound volume from the keyboard keys, or the registration of the security codes of the Wi-Fi network. The new version of Raspbian is available here
