Without solution, Nbadim and his mother were returned home to Ancenis . Without a solution offered by the Dutch low-cost company, Nbadim's family has published several messages on social networks to report this episode.
Transavia recognizes an error and offers tickets
A paid approach since a Transavia official contacted Nbadim Thursday in the morning. " They recognized an error on their part (…) As early as January, I sent them a mail list of my devices asking if it was possible and they did not tell me that I could not travel with this medical equipment ", he explained to Ouest France .
Unable to accommodate him on one of his flights, Transavia offered to reimburse the tickets of Nbadim and his mother and offer them the trip on a Royal Air Maroc flight which can carry the medical equipment of the young man. The holidays will start on Friday for Nbadim.
