The son of former MP Jean-Marc Germain left Dover in England very early in the morning before reaching the French coast at 7:30 pm. For this sporting challenge, the young man had launched an online collection, in order to finance this project but also to raise funds for Afrique Pleine d'Avenir, an NGO working for access to education in sub-Saharan Africa.
