In the middle of the week, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was upgraded to version 1.5.1

Selecting the default settings when using the "Custom" difficulty is equivalent to playing at the Normal difficulty level. These additional difficulty levels are not available when selecting difficulty in the New Game Plus mode.
