According to the explanations given by the Frizbiz platform, there are two possibilities: if the service is eligible for the universal service-employment check (Cesu), you benefit from a 50% tax credit. The list of these services can be found on the website www.cesu.urssaf.fr and includes maintenance of the house, small gardening and DIY work, school support, baby-sitting, badistance to the elderly or fragile except for medical care. Attention, the renovation of the housing is excluded.
This is the second case: if the benefit is not eligible for CESU, you become, the time of the benefit, "particular employer". If the service "exceeds 2 hours of intervention and 500 euros of remuneration, you must return the Cerfa document to the nearest Urssaf branch.
