The Autorité de la concurrence has launched an investigation to shed light on suspicions of cartel prices on the part of about fifteen companies. The investigation concerns in particular Fleury Michon, as well as some of its subsidiaries, which received a notification of grievances for horizontal agreement on February 19th following a procedure initiated in 2013. The group contested this notification.
