Paris – Three large companies signed a pact with the government Wednesday to promote the professional integration of residents of priority neighborhoods, who "are twice as likely to have access to a job interview", found an AFP journalist.
The Adecco interim group, the Regional Public Works Federation (FRTP) of Ile-de-France and Accor Hotel Group are the first three to have signed this PAQTE (Pact with Neighborhoods for All Companies) with the State at a ceremony at the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion.
This pact is broken down into four commitments: the discovery of trades with third-year internships, training with apprenticeship, recruitment with candid jobs and testing, and public contracts with insertion clauses.
