(Boursier.com) – A'énénor, a subsidiary of 65% of Eiffage and 35% of Sanef, concessionaire until 2067 of the A65 motorway Pau-Langon, commissioning in December 2010, successfully completed the refinancing of its debt. The transaction involved setting up a 10-year loan of € 825 million with 11 banks, replacing the existing debt maturing in January 2020.
This operation, which is largely oversubscribed by the market , reinforces A'lienor's financial structure and enables it to record the decline in its financial expenses since 2015.
