SNCF strikes – Some users see their Navigo pass partly refunded

Whether your pbad is supported by your company or not, you can claim a refund equivalent to half the price of your subscription Navigo and Imagine R for the months of April and May. Attention, it is necessary to fill the files on the site envisaged before July 22.

Who can claim it?

This measure concerns Navigo Annual, Navigo Mois, Navigo Solidarité Mois or Imagine R customers, using SNCF Transilien lines L, J, N, U, C, D, R, E, P, T4, H, K.

But also those who take line A (except between Charles-De-Gaulle-Étoile and Marne-la-Vallée Chessy – Boissy Saint-Léger) and line B (except between Paris Gare du Nord and Robinson – Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse), and with the exception of journeys in intramural Paris.

25 euros additional

Compensation of 25 euros will be paid by the region Ile-de-France.

Are concerned the users of:

• The line R in its entirety
• The line P for its branches towards La Ferté-Milon and Longueville-Provins
• RER D for its southern branches via Corbeil
• The RER E for its branch towards Chelles-Gournay
• The line J for the part Saint- Lazare-Gisors and Saint-Lazare – Mantes-la-Jolie via Conflans
• The line N towards Mantes and Dreux

The site of the region specifies that the sum will be paid during the summer for people having made their request without any additional steps:

"In total, these Navigo subscribers will receive a compensation of € 100.20 (twice 50% of € 75.20 for April and May, plus, automatically, the complementary gesture of 25 € from IDFM). "
