A fire broke out Thursday night in the port area of Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin). According to a first provisional badessment, there would be no wounded.
A "important fire" declared Thursday evening in the harbor area of the banks of the Rhine in Strasbourg, without making a victim according to an initial provisional badessment, a month and a half after the explosion of a neighboring grain silo, announced the prefecture of Bas-Rhin.
The fire occurred at 21H50 in the premises of the company Soprema requiring the intervention of 66 machines and 131 firefighters who allowed in "decrease the intensity" said the prefecture in a statement. She had three wounded, two of them serious. The day before, the explosion of a grain elevator had rocked the port area of Strasbourg, making four wounded including three serious.
