The Paris Fire Brigade (BSPP) is targeted by at least three judicial investigations into rape, badual badault and badual harbadment, AFP learned Tuesday from judicial sources that confirmed information of the world". The Paris public prosecutor's office was also seized of two preliminary investigations after the complaints in March of two young women denouncing acts at the barracks of Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine), according to another judicial source. The first, arrived late 2016 in this barracks, filed a complaint on March 5 for "badual badault" committed according to her by two of his superiors, as revealed "The Point". In another case involving events between 2009 and 2010, three men (a firefighter and two other Yvelines – a professional and a volunteer) were indicted in Versailles for rape and badual badault on a person under 15 years old. The investigating judge who completed his investigation in June is expected to decide by the end of September on a possible referral of firemen to trial, according to a source close to the record.
