Another mysterious and destructive portal appeared on Fortnite Battle Royale. However, it does not seem to have a target.
Small temporal faults have appeared everywhere on the map since the launch of the rocket on June 30.
Although no one knows precisely the function of these faults , it seems that they are attacking areas, icons, mascots of the map.
The first one that was discovered was at Lonely Lodge. Then there was the Motel west of Anarchy Acres then Tomato Town. Recently it was at Retail Row that an object was destroyed. In fact, the supermarket's 'NOMS' sign was engulfed by a fault.
Lately, Greasy Grove's portal work has been completed. Images recorded on July 5 showed that the burger has completely disappeared, leaving only the name of the Fast Food
A day later, a new portal appeared. So far nothing abnormal. However, it is not on a "landmark" on the map.
The gate was seen on the side of a mountain, northwest of Greasy Grove. You can see it in the FireMonket video below.
Some people think that this portal could add objects to the map. Others think it will attack the mountain by creating a kind of tunnel. There are only a few days left in this season 4, and we should know the outcome of this mystery in a short time.
