Jets bottles of water, bleach or "heavy things", dixit one of the inhabitants of the Roguet city. Installed in the corridors of buildings since the end of the winter break, refugees are targeted by some residents of the Saint-Cyprien district of Toulouse. A situation denounced to the county council by a group of residents solidarity neighborhood created to cope with the situation.

The collective is trying to support more than fifty people including 19 children. All have planted makeshift shelters and other tents at the foot of the towers of the city and await an answer concerning their asylum application. An approach that should allow them to access emergency housing. But for the moment, only two families have been offered an offer of temporary housing.

The situation could drag on. Especially since the majority Albanian families are from a country in peace. Their status as economic migrants considerably reduces their chances of obtaining asylum.

The departmental council, owner of the buildings, declared in a statement "wanting to use all the means to put an end to the occupation of the site".
