Each team of eight riders will start every five minutes, in descending order, with the yellow jersey team last. A big half-hour of collective effort will be needed, but this event will also test the ability of cyclists to co-operate and coordinate, which will have to evolve into a single group. The first team will leave at 3:10 pm, Place du 8-Mai, and the last team will arrive at 5:35 pm, Anatole-Manceau Avenue.
