An inmate from the Villepinte prison (Seine-Saint-Denis) released, through his family, a video of a little over a minute tour Friday, July 27 in the evening, while the temperature peaked at 34.7 ° C in the Paris region.
In this sequence that was procured Europe 1, he denounced his conditions of imprisonment: parked in a 9m cell made for three people but occupied by four inmates, the author of the video complains of the suffocating heat that prevails there and the atmosphere "unbreathable" building.
His fellow detainees and he risked sanctions for unlawful possession of the mobile phone (which was used to turn the video), but all told Europe 1 to be prepared to bear the consequences if it could allow to warn about their situation
