Where to shop in Aveyron? The cheapest possible? To answer these questions, the consumer badociation UFC Que Choisir has just updated its list of department by department.
To achieve this, the badociation has established a basket of 82 items, made up of 70% domestic and 30% private label brands, in six departments: beverages, groceries, milk / cheese, meat / fish, fruit / vegetables and housekeeping / hygiene.
At the national level Leclerc is the leading brand less expensive of the 1342 supermarkets and hypermarkets tested. With a basket of 342 €, the hyper is better than Carrefour drive (349 €), Casino drive (350 €), Hyper U (356 €) and Intermarché (357 €). Attention, however hard-discount (Lidl, Aldi, Leader Price, etc.) are not included in this list. The UFC Que Choisir explains that their references are "too different from those proposed by the traditional distribution, which makes comparisons difficult" .
