Disappeared since October 7, Claude Rame, an 81-year-old retiree with Alzheimer's disease, was found dead on Friday in a difficult-to-access clearing, located along the A13 motorway near Chambourcy, his place of residence. His dog Faïna, with whom he had gone on a ride, was also found lifeless fifteen meters away. The man and his animal used to walk near the golf course of Joyenval.

At the announcement of this disappearance three weeks ago, an impetus for mobilization had begun with including beatings in the forest of Saint-Germain or the installation of posters in the neighboring municipalities. On his Facebook account, the family of the deceased confirms the news that the two bodies found by the police are "more than certainly" those of Claude Rame and Faïna. An investigation was initiated to determine the exact causes of the retiree's death.
