Freddie Freeman left Friday's game against the Nationals in round four due to right elbow pain. The Braves have announced that it was a precautionary measure and that it would be considered to go from day to day beforehand.

It appeared that Freeman may have aggravated his elbow during a dive stop in the third inning. He played a draw against two against Max Scherzer, the starter of Washington. Charlie Culberson took over at first base for Atlanta.
The Braves have just recovered Nick Markakis from injury and Johan Camargo, who was placed on the injured list Friday with a fractured shin. Let's hope it does not matter to Freeman but it's worth keeping an eye on the future.
