Companies want to show a little love to teachers.

As part of Teacher Appreciation Week, which begins Monday, some restaurants offer free meals, free offers, all-in-one offers and discounts.

The most important gratification day for educators is Tuesday, Teacher Appreciation Day, also called National Teachers Day.

And teachers will not be the only ones to be recognized. National Nurses Week also begins Monday and runs until May 12th.

Bid dates and participation may vary by location. For added security, always check with your nearest location before leaving. In addition, some will require that you have a restaurant app or that you are registered to receive emails.

These offers also require that teachers present a school identity card.

Bagels of Bruegger: The bagel restaurant offers all teachers a free coffee or iced coffee at any purchase and with a valid piece of identification from Monday to Friday.

Cheddar scratch cuisine: From Monday to Friday, teachers can get a free appetizer with the purchase of an adult admission. No coupon is required.
