Ochoa-Lopez was 9 months pregnant when she was killed. A 3-year-old survives him. According to prosecutors, her baby is in a serious condition in a hospital with no brain activity.

Chicago prosecutors have indicted the murder of 46-year-old Clarisa Figueroa and 24-year-old daughter Desiree Figueroa.

Investigators believe the murder took place on April 23.
